"In looking to build the house of your dreams, you must first have a good lot (preferably a great one), an architect who knows how to find the views and design the house around them, and most importantly, a builder with experience, imagination, and integrity. With the first two, you should have a nice home, but in order for the building experience to be one you look back on as having been a pleasant one rather that a stress inducing nightmare, having a builder like Dave Hennigar is essential. Dave is onsite several times each day, hires only the best subcontractors and fires any that are not living up to his standards.
