DBHennigar Inc is a Residential General Contracting Company located in Tucson Arizona. Building genuine custom and luxury homes is our specialty. We are a licensed, insured and bonded contractor and home builder.

At a time when homebuilders have become developers, designers, decorators, and mass marketing giants all rolled into one. DBHennigar Inc. assumes a more traditional role reminiscent of a time when things were built to stand the test of time. We don‘t just supervise your project from our office or a telephone. We’re “hands on” and experienced managers and tradesmen that direct much of your job on site. We know what our role is, we do what we say, we don’t accept mediocrity, and there’s nothing “standard” about our work or business. Prior to the establishment of DBHennigar Inc., founder Dave Hennigar was a field engineer for the third largest privately owned General Contracting firm in the United States. His experience includes a mix of heavy and light construction incuding commercial, industrial and residential building. Dave has also been a REALTOR® since 1988, and is a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors. Dave and his wife Tillie are both from Indiana, and moved to Tucson in 1998 for the diversity of the landscape in the immediate and surrounding regions. They share a passion for outdoor life and new experiences. They are especially proud of their two handsome Grandsons.
